Return and Refund Policy
Customers must submit a return request within 2 days of receiving their order. Return requests made after this period may not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition, and returned with original packaging and tags where applicable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival. A 20% restocking fee may apply to approved returns.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Final sale items, personalised products, intimate goods, and gift cards cannot be returned unless faulty under applicable consumer protection laws.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
